wrote several posts about refined sugar. In my opinion it is
extremely important to get off this poison if you are sincere about
getting healthier.
Maybe
my words didn't reach you in a way to motivate you so I'll let
someone else tell his story.
As
a spoiler, FogDog lost 20 pounds in 21 days and I'm convince its
mainly because he detox himself of sugar.

Sugar and refined carbs are definitely the enemy for me, though I agree with anonymous that each person has to find out what works for him or her ultimately.

How about the fake sugar that we put in our coffee..the little pink sachet, sweet and low stuff ? Is it damaging also ?

DeleteYes eating fruit is very good, drinking juice not so much. In fruit you have the fiber that help with processing the sugar, otherwise, the liver is where it all happen and the sugar is convert into fat.
Sugar substitute for sugar like sweet and Low would be correct for the sugar content but it is so chemical that it is bad (read cancer). I switch to Truvia which you can find at Walmart, it is derived from Stevia which is a natural plant that has 600 times the sweetness of sugar. It's a bit more expensive than Sweet & Low but it doesn't have the health risk.
Sugar is a poison in my book. You have to be careful with process food, it might say healthy on the box/can but when you look at the ingredient, they very likely added a lot of the white shit in it.

Just realize reading someone else... I rarely have diet coke anymore, because of the Aspartame content (same problems as Sweet & Low).
