Today I decided to change my goal and weigh myself “officially” every Sunday.
I have 28 pounds left to lose to reach my goal which I set to do by January 31st, 2016. There is about 35 weeks left in 2015 (plus a few more weeks in 2016). So I'll change my weekly goal to a pound a week. So far, I even exceed that. I really think it's more than reachable and I leave some weeks to adjust for the holidays feast-othon and any other spins that might just pop-up.
I will also slightly increase the amount of food I eat in a day. The increase will be in the form of one more healthy snack. I don't feel I need it but at the end of the year, I want to reach my goal and eat like a 150 pounder.
So my weight this morning is 178 lbs. This is a lost of 2.8 lbs in a week! Because I started drinking more water

Talking about bladder, last night, 3 times I had to get up for some leaky business! My biggest regret; I was not wearing my vivofit, so all those steps are lost forever. Tonight, unless I'm thirsty, I will not drink past 6 PM.
