Today I decided
to change my goal and weigh myself
“officially” every Sunday.
I
have 28 pounds left to lose to reach my goal which I set to do by
January 31st, 2016. There is about 35 weeks left in 2015
(plus a few more weeks in 2016). So I'll change my weekly goal to a
pound a week. So far, I even exceed that. I really think it's more
than reachable and I leave some weeks to adjust for the holidays
feast-othon and any other spins that might just pop-up.
I
will also slightly increase the amount of food I eat in a day. The
increase will be in the form of one more healthy snack. I don't feel
I need it but at the end of the year, I want to reach my goal and eat
like a 150 pounder.
So
my weight this morning is 178 lbs. This is a lost of 2.8 lbs in a
week! Because I started drinking more water than my bladder
can take I can see my weight going up and down on a daily
basis.
Talking
about bladder, last night, 3 times I had to get up for some leaky
business! My biggest regret; I was not
wearing my vivofit, so all those steps are
lost forever. Tonight, unless I'm
thirsty, I will not drink past 6 PM.
It's
going to be a short post, the day is gorgeous and it's calling me,

Now that I'm drinking a lot more, I get very thirsty in the evening if I try not to drink after dinner. It's inconvenient, but my body wants more and more water! Even if I've had 12 glasses. So then it's up every night...

DeleteDelicious, delicious, water! Some people just throw in a few lime slices in there, some people throw in lemon slices, and I find it much easier to drink when it's not super cold from the fridge.

It's easier to drink the stuff when it's warmer but it doesn't change my problem with it!
