What to do when you are in a miserable mood?

Yesterday and today, I played 2 hours of picklebal each day. This hasn't change my mood but boy now I'm in so much muscle pain than my mood is not my first preoccupation!

  1. Hopefully you'll feel better soon! Maybe stop playing 2 hours of pickleball if it hurts to play 2 hours of pickleball...

  2. Oh, I dunno, WWE. Sometimes physical pain is way easier to deal with than emotional pain.

    To bring the mood right down, I remember as a teenager going through hard times I used to cut myself. It was a distraction from the other kind of pain.

  3. I had to look up Pickle-ball too apparently it was invented in 1965 on Bainbridge Island, outside Seattle, WA. The goal of Pickle-ball® then and now was to create a game that is fun for every member of the family ... the only problem is Richard now has a lot of muscle pain!!

    Hope the muscle pain goes soon Richard - thinking of you.
