To do list

  This morning I weighted myself and was at 175.8 lbs. This is a GAIN of .6 lb for the past 2 weeks. I am really glad; we were in an uncontrollable environment where I eat what I could. I walked when I could, and spent 4 days on the road eating restaurant food. So it could have been a lot worse.
My to do list this week:
  1. Eat healthy
  2. Exercises
  3. Sleep
  4. Breath
  5. Repeat
Anyone else has such a long “to do list” this week?

    Hey, not too bad about the gain. How do you feel tired and energy-wise?

    Eat Low Carb

    Eat High Fat

    Eat Moderate Protein

    Take Exercise

    Sleep Well

    If you can find the right balance ... life is good ... and I've no complaints.
