Lost it again

Have you ever lost your keys or wallet to find them right there in plain view?
It happens to me regularly but that's not what I want to talk about.
Have you lost your mind?
It also happens to me regularly but that's not what I want to talk about either.
This morning, after a speedy number 1, I found out I lost 2.2 lbs in a week. My weight is now 172.2 lbs.
Since Feb first, it has happened to me regularly and that's what I wanted to talk about.
I hate to brag about something that is such a struggle for some but it looks like I just need to think about losing weight to get the pounds off my back (well maybe off my tummy would be truer).
Because it is easy for me, it just doesn’t make for good blogging material... I'll have to accept my lot and keep my head high and my tummy smaller.
Just a reminder of how I do it: No refined sugar, No alcohol (sigh), eat less, and exercise (no running yet but boy do I walk a lot!). I think that's the secret but please keep that between you and I.

  1. You're doing it right! Congratulations. Plus, you never had to go through menopause and that certainly helps :)
